If we want to make small quantity custom plastic cards, we can consider an economic way, that is laser engraving. It needn’t make hardware mold and save a lot. Just it needs to be matte lamination surface, as glossy custom plastic card surface is easy to be scrached during laser engraving process, but matte surface is no problem.
