Plastic card is made of PVC material, so it is also called PVC card. PVC material include white PVC, clear PVC and colored PVC.The main material we use are white and clear PVC. The standard size of plastic card is 85.5*54mm. Other shapes also supported, such as round shape, square shape or cartoon shapes.The standard thickness of plastic card is 0.76mm. We can also make other thickness from 0.18mm to 2mm.

Plastic card are widely used, you can use it as:

1. Proof sheet confirmation. You just need provide us the size, quantity and artwork, we’ll make proof sheet for your confirmation before production.
2. Printing. We support CMYK offset printing, silk printing, digital printing. We’ll choose the best printing solution according to your requirements.
3. Lamination. With films laminated on the card surface, the cards will be laminated into glossy finish, matte finish or frosted finish.
4. Die cutting. The printed laminated big PVC sheet will be cut into several PVC cards by Machine.It will become the final shape you want.The edges will be smooth.
5. Personalizations.Then we do personalizations on the individual PVC card.Such as barcode, variable data,
